Graphics card under rs 4000 1 gb ddr2.........?

i want a graphics card which can run games like gta iv crysis 2 and resident evil 5 smoothly.......my pc specs are intel dual core cpu asus p5sd2-vm 2gb ram and 250 w smps........please help..........and can i run graphics of ddr3 in my motherboard????please help!!!
