Help me? I can't stop thinking about Bear Grylls?

Well, i keep thinking of Bear Grylls.It all started when i first watched a show with hm in it. I thought he was pretty cool. But, after, during sex with my wife, i couldn't stop thinking about him. I am not a homosexual. I jst don't know what to do, he's taking over my mind. What shall i do?
