I don't get it. What's his deal?

So this guy and I hung out today and all went well (he asked me to hang btw). Afterwards he asked what I was doing later tonight and I said nothing then he's like cool but didn't say we should hang out or anything. I went online an hour or so after I got home and saw he was on, so I messaged him asking hm if he wanted to hang out tomorrow and he didn't respond. What's his deal? He asked me after our date what I was doing tonight and then when I ask him to hang he doesn't respond. WTF?
