Anyone moving to Omaha? I have a lovely maintenance free 2b/2b, 2 living, 2 cargarage hm in perfect condition?

It's nearly new and in West Omaha near restaurants, fitness clubs, shopping and its a short bike ride to standing bear lake. I'm only leaving because my is job relocating me. I've got a great deal for someone who will love it as much as I have.
