Run Mac OS X Inside windows 7 64?

Ive tried VM Ware and multiple YouTube Tutorials, and every time I started the Machine up, it crashes and says that the CPU shut it down. I have an i3 2100, No GPU, 4gb ram. Could i also run install a hackintosh software? thanks!
