a deficiency in iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid causes headaches!! you can always get your nutrient levels for these checked by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to see if you're low in any of them. you might want to take vitamin B-complex supplement (it's like a multivitamin, but only has the B-vitamins in them, like vitamin B12, vitamin B9, etc..) and eat spirulina (sold at health food stores). make sure you're also drinking plenty of water!!
