Video card help please?!?!?

Ok, I'm gonna lose my head. I wanna ru GTA IV but so much stupid errors! I need to change my PC's video memory to its max. Bios is useless ar I can only change to 8mb. My specs: Win7, 2gb ram. Dual core 3.20 gh processors. 32-bit. 256 mb vm and my pc model is hp a2020a and i have alsn have tried all driver updates and 3d-analyzer with no luck. I would love some help.
