Cut The Bottom Of My Foot?

There is a huge ledge in my friends drive way. It's like right near the car so close there's no room to walk. when I got out of the car I tripped and almost feel 30 feet to the ground of the other neighbors yard. However I was able to avoid it by grabbing the car door and pulling myself up just in time. At the fall though my foot/heal hit the wall so hard and scraped it when I was pulling myself up. (I wasn't wearing shoes) i didn't even notice I cut my foot until I got out of the pool and it starting bleeding for an hour. I was able to stop it by putting pursue on it but I noticed the cut was bad and I hit my foot so hard it had a small bump along with the cut. How should I treat this? It hurts a lot right now. Is there any way to help it heal faster? The cut is on the bottom of my foot/heal thanks!
